No. Our sales team operates 100% in-office from our Tampa headquarters. We believe in-person collaboration, live call shadowing, instant deal feedback, and high-energy culture cannot be duplicated remotely. If you want to grow rapidly, you need to be in the room.
No. Palladium invests heavily in inbound marketing, digital search campaigns, direct mail, and database scrubbing. You are supplied with qualified inbound inquiries from motivated sellers and verified investors. Your job is to analyze, build relationships, and close—not waste hours cold-calling dead directories.
We have a highly structured 2-week onboarding bootcamp. You will study off-market transaction law, learn our proprietary property underwriting models, participate in daily role play scenarios, shadow senior closers, and receive hands-on coaching from Josh (VP of Sales). You will not be thrown on live deals until you are confident and prepared to win.
We offer a reliable base salary + an aggressive, uncapped commission model. Commission payouts scale as you exceed targets. Top producers earn well over $200k annually. We provide detail sheets outlining exact commission tiers during your first interview.
Advancement is 100% merit-based. We do not promote based on tenure or favorites. We maintain a transparent milestones dashboard. If you hit your quarterly volume metrics, you are promoted. We have advisors who transitioned into Senior and Team Lead roles within their first 12 months.
You will work with a modern enterprise stack: Salesforce CRM with custom automations, Dialpad dialers with real-time AI transcription, automated contract generation templates, PropStream, MLS systems, and internal analytics boards. We eliminate admin overhead so you can stay in 'money-making actions' longer.
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. We do not work weekends. We expect high-intensity effort during office hours, but we respect personal time and rest. We work hard, ring the bell, and go home to enjoy our success.
